Survey Questions and Analysis

I posted my survey onto my personal social medias, receiving applicants in the ages of 12-25. This allows me to access more detailed responses and plan closer to the results.
For question one, I asked what type of fashion draws in each viewer. 5/10 people said they would prefer to see Lower End fashion on the magazine cover.
For question two, I found the results rather interesting. Purely based on media outputs, I would have presumed there would be more votes for women, with men very closely behind. Yet people chose 'I don't mind' over male models.
For question three, I wanted insight into what viewers enjoyed seeing. As I expected, a colorful, inviting, front cover was the lead vote. This helps in narrowing down the color choice as it may prove more successful with a large variety.
For question four(3/10 answers), I allowed it to be open answer to see what individual participants would say. I found 'colour' another popular opinion, however was surprised when 'gossipy stories' was an answer since I hadn't thought of that option myself. This now means I have a few more possibilities to consider.
For question five, I found the answer almost crucial to my research. Since presentation is more-or-less subjective, understanding what catches the general audience's eye became important. My results depicted a rather equal spread, with a two extra vote lead from 'Generic' option. I was happy to see that this lead me with a somewhat open playing field.
For question six, I wanted to find out what audiences search for on the front cover. I wasn't surprised that 'Everyday Fashion' took the lead as it's often the most practical. 'Designer Brands' was an expected outcome as there are several ways as to how you portray expensive clothes.
For question seven, I had the most expected outcome. Often magazine brands, will market themselves under £5 to ensure affordability and profit.
For question eight, I managed to narrow down my budget and grasp an idea of how fashion concerned my audience are. It appears to range between £50-£200, again, giving me an even playing field.

For question nine, it was another case of 'brands vs highstreet'. This didn't provide me with any new information other than stylistic choices. For example, 'PULL&BEAR' is a more indie, modern brand which offers a range of prices.

For question ten, the answers helped me remove some options. Deciding whether to style my model in style of another model has now been removed due to the most popular votes being 'no' and 'I don't mind'.
